I developed a leak in my roof. I contacted Mark Meredith LLC because I heard what a great company they were through a friend. Carl came out the very next day and gave me an excellent estimate and and had the leak patched until the rain broke to replace the roof. I was kept informed about tile samples, materials, etc through out. They finished ahead of schedule! I would recommend this company to anybody!

Omar and his team are true craftsman. We had paneling and carpet removed and drywall, trim, and vinyl flooring installed. It looks beautiful! It took about six days start to finish. The team left our home immaculate, and kept the dust to a bare minimum which was really important to me as a busy mom. We look forward to having the team back to work on our guest bathroom within the next year.

My neighbor was having work done by Mark Meredith and crew. I work from home so had observed their work for days. I was so impressed that I hired them myself to rebuild the whole of a three story bay on my house and fix up some windows. This is work I had been meaning to do for a long time but had not found the right crew.

I was SO glad I chose MM and team- are were excellent, they worked hard and fast, coordinated well and keep me informed right to the end. Get finish too.

They replaced my 22 year old roof after a April storm wreaked havoc. They were prompt, did a great job, cleaned up - all in 2 days! The overhang above my garage was almost falling off, so they also repaired it for a reasonable price. Carl was very thorough in explaining everything during the estimate and kept me informed over the 2 day project. I would definitely use Mark Meredith again and highly recommend them!

Mark Meredith & Team were fantastic, from the very beginning of the project to the end. From initial inspection, helping me understand what work was required. They were honest and fair, and didn't try to up sell me anything I didn't actually need. The work was done within a day, and the clean was fantastic. I don't usually write reviews however after my recent experience, I thought it was appropriate. I could start with all the buzz words however I was far more impressed therefore using empty exaggerated phrases does not do justice. My experience with Mark Meredith, LLC was genuinely one I will never forget. From the time of initial contact through the completion of the work. I wanted the front of my townhouse redone, to include: replacing wood, framing, both the storm and entry doors, shutters and then painting in two different colors. I actually could have done the work myself with some help from friends however did not have the time. Mark came to give a quote. When I asked questions based on his professional experience, I was impressed with not only his knowledge, but also the fact that he did not try to hard sell anything additional. Instead, he explained things so I could envision the end result from different perspectives. We negotiated a price and scheduled a start date in the following month. During the period between the time the contract was signed and the day the work was to start, Mark would call to let me know we were still on schedule. He and his team showed up on the exact date. They were professional, at the same time very personable. All were knowledgeable and took the time to explain what they were doing whenever I asked. The team finished the work on the day Mark had projected. I was very impressed with the quality of workmanship. In addition, Mark and his team actually did extra work that was not part of the contract at no additional cost. For example, extending the front doorway so the storm door I wanted could be installed. In closing, I'd like to recommend Mark Meredith, LLC for any full-service general contracting work you may want. If nothing else, at least lend he and his team the opportunity to give you a quote

Mark Meredith and his crew were very reliable and knowledgeable. The job was done in just a few days and the exterior of my home looks like new. Excellent job!

I originally requested pricing from Mark (and others) in February, 2017. Then due to some family problems, postponed any decision until July. Even though many months had gone by before I awarded the work to him, he kept his price the same and performed the work within about two weeks of award. His crew worked steadily and professionally, then cleaned the site. Their work looks great and it was done at a good price.

Bathroom remodel required plumbing connections, installing toilet and sink, new tile, painting, lighting - the whole works. The two gentlemen working on the project were outstanding - detail-oriented, extremely professional, immediately trustworthy. Scheduled and executed a perfect repair on the roof of a house damaged during the wind storm and helped to keep the house closing on schedule.

The repair was very well done, matched my existing roof perfectly, and they spotted a few other small items that needed to be tended to while on the roof. I was able to have the repair made before the next storm event saving my house from related water damage. The staff was attentive, quick, and very professional - I was impressed. Hired for a new roof in October of 2018, completed the job timely and on budget and included a 10 year workmanship warranty! During a windstorm in March of 2018 he was out to fix the few shingles that blew off almost immediately. Great service!

I got the roof replaced of my town home couple of months back when it was so cold out! I had to get the work done right away as there was a leakage at couple of spots.
